With over a decade of comprehensive experience, I have navigated the complex healthcare landscape from multiple vantage points—as a frontline clinician in high-acuity settings and as a clinical leader managing diverse teams and operations.
My career has been defined by bridging divides:
Clinical Reality & High-Acuity Care: Years of hands-on experience at the bedside in Progressive Care Units (PCU) and providing acute Inpatient Dialysis. I understand the intense pressure, complex workflows, and human factors that define critical patient care.
Education & Technology Adoption: Managing Simulation Education in an academic nursing setting. I have deep expertise in how clinicians learn, how they interact with new technology in high-stakes scenarios, and where the gap lies between training and practice.
Healthcare & Financial Strategy: Experience as a Financial Services Professional at New York Life. This role provided me with a unique analytical perspective on the financial structures, risk management, and economic realities that drive healthcare decision-making.
